There are three areas to evaluate the performance of the students as

  • Scholastic
  • Co-scholastic
  • Non-scholastic


The Scholastic area was depend on the complete academic performance of the students and the evaluation was based on the Grade points.

  • Two terms will be consider for an academic year as
    • Term I - April to September (Semester - I)
    • Term II - October to March (Semester – II)
  • In each term, there will be two Formative Assessments which will include internal assessments.
  • The marks will be aggregated for the whole year to publish annual result in the following ratio

  • Term I

    Formative Assessment I = 10%

    FA I + FA II = 20%

    Formative Assessment II = 10%

    SA I = 30%

    Summative Assessment I = 30%


    Term II

    Formative Assessment III = 10%

    FA III + FA IV = 20%

    Formative Assessment IV = 10%

    SA II = 30%

    Summative Assessment II = 30%


  • The scholastic achievements will be measured as Grade points as

  • Students Progress reports will not be sent home for parent’s signature. Parents should come to school on the day of parents meet to sign the progress report. This will make the parents to know their wards performance and also develop good relationship between the parent and the teacher. At any circumstance no leave will be granted during the examination schedule.
  • If anyone indulging any sort of malpractices will be dismissed.
  • 90 % of the attendance is must for attending the examinations. In-case of availing leave for more than two days, medical certificate should be submitted to the principal.

Co – Scholastic area

The students are also assessed in co-scholastic area based on activities such as co-curricular, life skill, attitude towards society.

    The activities carry over by the students based on knowledge enrichment and personality development through various aspects

  • Horse Riding
  • Swimming
  • Yoga
  • Karate
  • Music (Keyboard & Drums)
  • Dancing
  • Indoor games (Chess, Billiards)
