This school was started first as a crèche to help the working group of parents at No.1, V.O.C.Nagar,Pudhupalayam Road,Rasipuram . In due course, it was evolved as Shri Vidhya Bharathi KInderGarten School in June, 2007with the formation of Shri Ramanujam Educational and Charitable Trust. Then it was upgraded as SRI VIDHYA BHARATHI NURSERY & PRIMARY SCHOOL in the year 2008.

In the same year there was another school was built at Attur main road which is now known as SRI VIDHYA BHARATHI NURSERY & PRIMARY SCHOOL, affiliated to CBSE in 2011. It is aimed at educating rural community and creating awareness about their rights and duties. It tries to inculcate modern scientific and technical development to the growing buds to become flower.
